Retour sur la rencontre « santé et sécurité au travail : préparez-vous à la future norme ISO 45001 »
Tout d’abord un grand merci pour cet atelier-débat du 2 mars organisé par l’afnor dans les locaux de Kedge Business School. Nous avons pu contextualiser, connaître l’historique et les enjeux de cette future norme ISO 45001. Les témoignages des intervenants ont mis l’accent sur l’opportunité des entreprises privées et publiques à considérer la santé et la sécurité au travail comme des critères de performances pour les hommes et donc pour l’organisation.
Comment se définit cette norme ISO 45001 ?
C’est une norme spécifiant « les exigences pour un système de management de la santé et de la sécurité au travail (SST) ainsi que les lignes directrices pour son utilisation, afin de permettre à un organisme de fournir des conditions de travail sûres et saines pour la prévention des traumatismes et pathologies liés au travail et d’améliorer de façon proactive sa performance en SST » Afnor, 2 mars 2016 « La future norme ISO 45001 », P.16
Que contient cette norme ISO 45001 ?
Des éléments majeurs qui sont bien connus et prônés par les psychologues du travail et des organisations :
o Santé et sécurité au travail s’inscrivent dans une démarche globale qui tient compte des individus, de la nature et des spécificités de l’organisation....
o Il s’agit de promouvoir la santé de façon proactive
« La mise en œuvre d’un système de management de SST relève d’une décision stratégique et opérationnelle pour un organisme. La réussite de la SST repose sur :
- Le leadership
- L’engagement et la participation/coopération de tous les niveaux hiérarchiques et de toutes les fonctions de l’organisme » ISO/DIS 45001 (2016) p. vii, à télécharger sur le site de l’afnor.
Pour conclure : La norme ISO 45001 prône la co construction et l’applique car
